This class is open to all BBQ lovers and newcomers.
This specific class will go into every detail of smoking the perfect brisket.
In addition we'll teach you everything you need to know to cook the best Burgers and BBQ Chicken going.
You will leave this class with a full belly and the knowledge needed to take your Backyard BBQ'ing to the next level!
In this class we will cover the following:
Brisket - HOT & FAST walk you through meat selection, trimming, seasoning, cooking, temps, resting, slicing = eating...
Burgers- Charcoal BBQ setup, meat grinding combinations, seasoning, cooking, temps = eating...
Chicken- trimming, brining, seasoning, cooking, temps = eating...
We will be cooking throughout the class and we will have our award winning food for you to try throughout the day. Class will be held outside and will be limited to 10 people due to COVID regulations.
Please dress appropriately and bring your covid masks.
If Covid regulations change, full refunds will be given.
