This class is open to all BBQ lovers and newcomers.
This specific class will go into every detail of smoking the perfect Pork and Beef Ribs everytime.
In addition we'll teach you everything you need to know to cook the best BBQ Chicken Wings going.
You will leave this class with a full belly and the knowledge needed to take your Backyard BBQ'ing to the next level!
In this class we will cover the following:

Black Angus Beef Ribs- HOT & FAST walk you through trimming, seasoning, cooking, temps, wrapping, saucing and slicing = eating...
Chicken Wings- Setting up charcoal BBQ, brining, seasoning, cooking, temps = eating...
We will be cooking throughout the class and we will have our award winning food for you to try throughout the day. Class will be held outside and will be limited to 25 people. If we have to cancel due to COVID regulations, we will reschedule the class for as soon as the restrictions are lifted..
Please dress appropriately and bring your covid masks.
